You don’t have to move a mountain, just keep moving. Every move is a new emotion. Time goes bye and all of a sudden it hits you… you are exactly where you are suppose to be. I never had to find the answers in the moment. The endless “keep trying” leads you to your destination. People will come and go in your life. Throw away the ones that don’t belong and make room for new souls to enter. Life has different chapters. Just prepare to start reading new books once in a while, it’ll enlighten you. I promise. Dare to move the stones that heavily remain on your path behind you, so called past.
What if?? Don’t ever leave yourself with that question. Start lift those stones and face what’s underneath. Yes, it makes the new climb harder because what’s underneath those stones will unfold. It will hit you hard. It feels heavy at first, but climbing with a lighter backpack makes it’s so much easier. I’d like to use a butterfly in a cocoon as a metaphor. The butterfly is ready to emerge but it’s struggling to get out and enter its new world. The butterfly needed that fight, the struggle to get out of that cocoon to establish its strength to grow.
That’s essentially what those rocks are. You need to lift them, throw some away, manufacturing that difficulty is a way to build strength, the only way to grow and reach your potential in order to be able to put you in a position to conquer that. Face it. Move beyond of the pain of the now. You are going to feel tired. It’s a pretty tough hike to climb a new mountain. What are you going to do about it?
It’s like a puzzle with no picture on the box. Start with the corners. One small piece at a time and slowly the pattern emerge. Just start. When you’re looking at the finish line at first, it feels too much. Just focus. One step at a time, nothing more. That’s the beauty and the secret. What happens is when time passes you see the growth. All those steps, all of a sudden turns into a hundred. All of a sudden you look at yourself in the mirror and you’re exactly where you’re suppose to be.
We need night to get day. You need pain and suffering to understand strength. When you’re standing off the top of your mountain, that makes more sense than ever before. You found meaning. I know now that I’m someone who can step into chaos and overcome it. My self believe expanded. It’s a rewriting of self. These things matter. The world will not believe it until you do.
Dare to lift those stones, discover the truth, not just about others, but facing those fears without any lifelines. The life journey, to keep moving forward, pushes recreation. Realize what’s in your backpack, dare to unpack what’s no longer needed and keep moving forward. You have so much to teach yourself that’s untapped. Why this heavy lifting? Understand the components even tho it feel intimidating. Understand it’s going to hurt, but believe in the fact that it will be accomplished one step at a time. So, promise me, dare to make your next climb, push your limits, empty what’s no longer needed in your backpack and throw away the stones that keep you standing still and share your new story with the world on your next decent
